Once, there was a small creature who always swam with the river.  
Not because it was easier, not because it was right —  
simply because that was how everything around it moved.

The water kept pulling forward, but the little fish just hovered,  
listening to something faint and quiet  
that rose not from the river… but from within itself.
 
Then slowly… it turned.  
And began to swim against the current —  
not out of force, not out of defiance,  
but because it finally felt where it needed to go.
